How soon will my order ship?
Please allow 1-2 business day to process your order. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays.
Where will my order ship from?
All orders are typically shipped from our warehouse in Walnut, CA. In some cases we may utilize other warehouse locations throughout the U.S.A. to ship your products. Orders will always be shipped from within the U.S.A.
How much is shipping?
It's FREE! Every order from Wow includes FREE Standard Shipping always. Depending on your location, orders will arrive in approximately 7-14 business days from the date it ships.
What payment methods do you offer?

How do I return or exchange a product?
It's easy, just contact our customer service department for a return request. Be sure to include your order number. We will provide you with a return authorization for replacement or a refund (excluding shipping). Please click on the red "Contact Us" tab on the bottom of any page on our web site.
What is your refund policy?
Wow It Is Cool offers a 30 day money back guarantee for all products, unless otherwise clearly specified.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please send your order number and return request to wowitiscool@gmail.com.Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email request at wowitiscool@gmail.com.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
